Bec's work is born from two decades of devotion to the healing arts. Rooted in her own lived experience, woven through with movement, ceremony, and rhythm.
What began as a search to support her mother’s health has become a deep remembering: That our bodies carry wisdom. That softness is strength. That we can live in devotion to our own rhythm.
The Journey Here
My work didn’t begin in a classroom.
It began in my bones.
My mother’s long and complex health journey became an initiation of sorts, one that drew me, quietly and urgently, toward the healing arts. What started as a search for answers became a lifelong devotion to wholeness, vitality, and the deeper wisdom of the body.
Movement was my first medicine, beginning with dance and eventually finding form in yoga. Over the past 20 years, I’ve followed the thread of healing wherever it called me, across practices, lineages, and landscapes of self.
This has been a devotional exploration. Not a straight line, but a spiral. Not a quick fix, but a commitment to walking gently, deeply, and with reverence.
MODALITIES THAT SHAPE
MY WORK
Over the past 20 years, I’ve studied and trained across a rich spectrum of modalities, including:
Holistic Health Coaching integrating mind, body, and energy
Yoga + Yoga Nidra: movement as medicine, rest as ritual, somatic awareness and nervous system regulation
Shamanic Doula Training: birth, death, and transitions as sacred thresholds
Reiki Practitioner: subtle energy and vibrational healing
Human Design: living in energetic alignment
Ceremonial Tea: anchoring in ritual, presence, and deep listening
Each one a chapter in my own unfolding. Each one woven gently into how I hold space, whether in a 1:1 session, a tea sit, or a shared breath in ceremony.
These aren’t just tools, they are companions on the path. They show up softly in everything I offer, always in service to your own remembering.
The Forever Student
I don’t claim to have all the answers but I do hold space for the questions. The sacred. The messy. The real. I’m committed to continuing to learn, unlearn, listen, and return again and again to what’s true.
This path continues to teach me how to be with life in all its seasons. And that’s the energy I bring to every space I hold: curious, compassionate, and quietly devoted.
Why RebeccaCoral?
Coral is my grandmother’s name. A quiet nod to lineage, resilience, and the deep waters I come from.
It reminds me that this work is ancestral. Generational. Sacred.
Like coral, it’s soft yet strong. Rooted. Alive. And always growing in rhythm with its ecosystem.
My Approach
I don’t believe in fixing people. I believe in unfolding with them. My work is guided by five pillars:
Cyclical: attuned to your energy, inner seasons, and body’s cues
Ceremonial: weaving reverence into everyday life
Regenerative: building a life that nourishes you (not just sustains you)
Relationally Rooted: guided by connection, compassion, and deep listening
Grounded & Graceful: change without pressure, bravery without burnout, momentum without force.
I hold gentle containers for deep work. For women ready to soften, release, and reclaim. This is a space for the ones who are done holding it all, with nothing left for themselves. This is where the softening begins.
I live on Dharug Country with my partner, beautiful son and step daughter.
I believe in beauty as medicine, and devotion as a way of life
I’m most myself near saltwater, sipping tea, sharing stories in circle or on nature immersion adventures with my beautiful family.

A Few More Things About Me… *
I don’t believe you have to choose between depth and joy, softness and strength, devotion and ambition. I’m here for the beautiful chaos. For the slow return. For the forever unfolding.
